Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.

  • Heat olive oil and butter in skillet over medium heat.

  • Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant.

  • Add pasta and toss to coat in garlic butter.

  • Stir in Parmesan, adding pasta water to achieve creaminess.
