Ingredients

  • 450 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook noodles until al dente; drain and set aside.

  • Cook chicken in oil until golden and cooked through; remove from pan.

  • Sauté garlic briefly, then add sauce ingredients and cook until slightly thickened.

  • Return chicken, toss with sauce, then add noodles and mix until coated.

  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds; serve immediately.
