  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon chili powder (optional)

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 4 flatbreads or tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 small tomato, sliced

  • ½ cup cucumber, sliced thin

  • ¼ cup red onion, sliced thin

  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken with spices and olive oil for at least 30 minutes.

  • Cook chicken in a skillet or on the grill until fully cooked and slightly charred.

  • Mix garlic sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

  • Warm flatbreads.

  • Spread garlic sauce, layer with vegetables and chicken, and garnish with parsley.

  • Roll tightly, slice in half, and serve.
