340 g noodles (lo mein, spaghetti, or egg noodles)
450 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Cook noodles until al dente; drain and set aside.
Heat oil, cook chicken until golden and cooked through; remove from pan.
Sauté garlic (and red pepper flakes) until fragrant.
Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss to coat.
Return chicken, toss until combined and heated through.
Garnish with green onions and cilantro; serve immediately.
