Ingredients

  • 450 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Pat shrimp dry and season lightly.

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet.

  • Cook shrimp until pink and opaque; remove from pan.

  • Melt remaining butter and sauté garlic briefly.

  • Return shrimp to pan and toss in garlic butter.

  • Add lemon juice, garnish with parsley, and serve.
