450 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pat shrimp dry and season lightly.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet.
Cook shrimp until pink and opaque; remove from pan.
