1 1/2 cups (180 g) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons (7 g) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (3 g) salt
1 cup (245 g) plain Greek yogurt
3/4 cup (180 ml) pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups (170 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup (85 g) turkey pepperoni slices
1/2 teaspoon (3 g) dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon (3 g) garlic powder
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
1 tablespoon (5 g) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon (3 g) Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in Greek yogurt to form dough.
Roll dough into a 10 x 14 inch (25 x 35 cm) rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, and seasonings.
Roll tightly into a log and slice into 12 rolls.
